Spring Reception with Cameron Kitchin at the CAM

Come meet the new Director of the Cincinnati Art Museum, fellow Harvardian Cameron Kitchin! Panel discussion with Murray Sinclaire, Jr.

Harvard alumni and our Ivy and Seven Sister friends are cordially invited to a private reception at the Cincinnati Art Museum.  New director, Cameron Kitchin '92, is the ninth director in the museum's 134-year-history. Coming to us from the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, he has a commitment to getting everyone in the community engaged with art.

This is a free event.  We will start at 4 pm with a cocktail hour in the Castellini Foundation Room.  About 5 pm, we will move to the Fath Auditorium for a panel discussion with Cameron and Mr. Murray Sinclaire, Jr. of Ross Sinclaire and Associates (RSA). The topic is “shared authority” and the impact it has on institutions of record—museums, media, government, etc.  Mr.Sinclaire will share his thoughts from the perspective of public radio and Cameron will represent the challenges of curatorial, voice, and scholarship in museums.
