Most of us recognize we are living and working in constant complexity - and might find comfort in relying on our expertise and formal learning to navigate a way forward. Our tendency to focus on problem solving and figuring things out can limit our ability to thrive in uncertain and challenging times. In Unleashing Your Complexity Genius (2022), Carolyn Coughlin and Jennifer Garvey Berger (Harvard EDM '92, EDD '02) offer an alternative as a more reliable and useful companion on this journey. We are privileged to be joined by Carolyn Coughlin who will help us explore how mindfulness can offer us a pathway to unleash our complexity genius, so we can navigate the complexity of life and work with greater ease (and create the conditions for others to do the same).
